Any active user in EngageWith can check who the organization's most appreciated folks are and who have sent out the most recognitions, for that particular month or year. This can be tracked under the 'Points Table' section of the EngageWith Dashboard.
EngageWith admins can track all the recognitions given out in your organization under the 'My Transactions' section of the EngageWith Dashboard.
This section displays:
- The date of recognition
- The sender and recipient for recognition
- The message attached to recognition
- The company values included (if any) in the appreciation message
- The type of reward - kudos or shoutout
- Points transferred in that recognition
