Selective access helps maintain a balance of work and fun in your Slack workspace.
With Trivia's admin controls, restrict access to host Trivia games. This can be done by selectively choosing which users you'd like to grant access to host games.
Please note that only Slack workspace admins can give selective access to team members. Once access is given to a particular team member, they can host Trivia games anytime.
To set up admin controls, follow these steps:
- Open https://springworks.in/trivia
- Click on Login in the navigation bar on the top right corner
- Sign in with your Slack account to grant access for setting up admin controls
- This will open the Trivia Dashboard. Click on the Settings tab on the left pane
- Under Access to start Trivia games, toggle the button to only allow specific team members to start games
- Select team members to whom you want to grant access for hosting Trivia games
